Where to begin. This film was clearly independent as in there was no money. The acting was good, probably the only reason this movie got any stars at all. The categorize this movie as an indie comedy; it wasn’t funny. The film follows two office men who get a six week transfer to another city to do work. Two waste time, one man comes up with a plan to pick up a girl fall in love with her and the break her heart just to see them squirm. The whole time this movie is so disgusting in the way the characters talk about minorities. The movie insults any and all minorities whether its gender, race, or handicapped-ness. Also the ending seems like they ran out of money to have a complete ending, that was the funniest part. Overall this movie had a good acting, but lacked in morals and money – do not waste your time on In The Company of Men.
